The Vanderbilt Microfinance Club has 501(c)(3) status, and donations will go directly to fund small business projects. Once an entrepreneur has repaid his or her loan, the funds will even be recycled to finance another project. If you'd like to support a particular project (e.g., Belize, Cameroon), please specify which project in a separate note or email. Thank you for your support!

We would also be very grateful if you joined our Kiva lending team at http://www.kiva.org/team/vanderbilt. Kiva is the world's first person-to-person microlending network. By joining, you can select the impoverished entrepreneur of your choice in the country and industry of your choice. All loans are made through paypal and are paid back in increments.

So far, as a team, we've raised over $3,000 on Kiva and have contributed to over 100 loans worldwide!
